"My artwork was envisioned to embody the illusionary metaphysical whirl that surround trees, beyond what can be seen with our eyes. In the west we tend towards belief only in materialistic science but in actuality the unseen dance of energy and material, the give and take, is the nature of reality and points towards the interconnectivity of all beings.
In the centre of my piece is a toroidal field; the electromagnetic pulse that reverberates from all living things whether they be plant, animal, amoeba, protoaz, fungi. It represents a stable form that by design is self-sustaining; renewable.
