I have recently discovered this wonderful lady. Her book is quite 'sciency', but she discovered the amazing trading systems of the mychorhyzal fungi from Trees to Trees. Suzanne has given many talks and papers and she is a great speaker.

Peter Wohlleben spent most of his working life in the Forests of Germany where he observed many fascinating characteristics of trees and the greater Forests.
"The Man who Plants Trees" Jim Robbins
Jim Robbins is a journalist for the New York Times who wrote about an American Man, David Milarch, who was driven to clone the champion trees of the world. Jim presents much research on the history and wisdom of Trees.
"The Wild Trees" Richard Preston
Richard Preston's love of the Sequoias of America took him on an amazing adventure up the trees.
"Permaculture Design Manual" Bill Mollison
Bill Mollison, the Cocreator of Permaculture worked in the Forests of Tasmania as well as the academia of Silviculture. His observations and his travel to spread the world of permaculture has exposed him to many different global ecological systems around the world. His lectures, if you can find them on Vimeo, are worth listening to.
"Shinrin Yoku" by Dr Quin Li.
Dr Quin Li always knew that the Cypress Forests felt healthy. He went on to research the effects of Hinoki oil from the Japanese Cypress on the health and recuperation of his patients with stunning results.
